Country Corn Chowder
1/4 cup coarsely chopped bacon (use bacon in a box - microwave)
or low-fat sausage Add bacon to skillet. Add onion and sauté. Add potatoes and water. Cover potatoes and cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender. When potatoes are tender, coat with flour. Add creamed corn and evaporated skim milk. Stir in chicken broth and heat until mixture thickens. Top with fresh dill and parsley. Per Serving (serves 4): Calories: 205
