Meal Plans for Quick and Easy Healthy Meals

Here's an easy way to create meals that are quick, delicious and nutritious - with a free 7 day meal planner that includes recipes, a grocery shopping list, and weekly goals. Each meal planner contains 5 pages, so you can really tackle the recipes.  I like to call these mini-cookbooks Healthy Challenge Books.  Each features a:

  • 7-Day Meal Planner so you'll eat nutritiously

  • Grocery List so you can buy the foods you need at the grocery store!

  • 7 delicious and nutritious recipes so you'll cook and eat nutritiously at home

  • Weekly Goals so you'll start to live a healthy lifestyle or lose weight

  • Features my favorite products

I specifically hand chose the products that are in my Healthy Challenge Cookbooks.  The recipes have been tested, tweaked, and double checked.

                              For Delicious-Nutritious Cookbooks

Now is the time to cook up a healthy lifestyle.  Spice up your meals with spice and herb blends from Penzeys Spices.  This Meal Plan features recipes using just 2 spice blends from Penzeys Spices.  Fox Point is a blend of freeze dried shallots, chives, garlic, onion, green peppercorns and contains only 107 mg of sodium in 1/4 tsp.  So if you just want something different and that flavors with a small amount of sodium, this week's recipes will satisfy your taste buds.  Adobo, my second pick, is a spicy, not hot, blend of garlic, onion, black pepper, Mexican oregano, cumin, and red pepper.  This seasoning is sodium free.
